On Thursday, September 8, 2011, a letter was mailed to each household with information regarding our new Family Portal section of our online Student Information System. The letter reads as follows: |
Access your new X2 Aspen Family portal account: Dear Parent/Guardian: Newburyport Public Schools is pleased to provide parents/guardians access to their students’ records online through the X2 Aspen Family Portal. With the X2 Aspen Family Portal parents/guardians will have access to student attendance, contact information, grades, homework assignments, and schedules, (available information depends on your child’s grade level). In the future we will be taking steps to provide additional information through the portal. Your username and password to set up your new X2 Aspen Family Portal Account is provided as follows:
Each family has been issued one Family Account to the student’s primary contact. Additional accounts can be granted by request only. Please keep your Login ID and Password confidential so it does not compromise your family’s information. First Time Login Instructions and help files for your account can be found by visiting the district website: www.newburyport.k12.ma.us, or your school’s website. In order to update and verify the Emergency Contact Information that we have on file, you will need to log in to https://ma-newburyport.myfollett.com and initiate the contact verification task from the Home Page. If you have any questions regarding your account, or if you do not have computer access please contact your child’s school office.
